Low Density Cleaner for Pulp Mills

The low density cleaners play a unique role in waste paper pulping and stock approaching flow systems. They are utilized after the pulp has undergone coarse and fine screening to further remove residual fine heavy contaminants and some light impurities.
Low Density Cleaner Features
Fine Separation: Specifically removes fine impurities such as fine sand, dust, coating particles, and hot-melt adhesive, ensuring the cleanliness and printability of the finished paper.
Ceramic Cones for Durability: Centrifugal separation occurs in the upper cone, followed by further separation in the lower cone; the ceramic lining offers exceptional wear resistance, while the split design facilitates easy disassembly and replacement.
Back-flushing Design with Low Fiber Loss: Back-flushing water at the bottom washes the rejects; fibers float up for recovery while heavy impurities sink and are discharged. The valve is positioned below the white water tank level to prevent air entrainment.
Automatic Rejects Discharge: Features no rotating parts, resulting in a low failure rate; offers either enclosed continuous discharge or pneumatic automatic discharge, with cycles set based on impurity content.
Protection for Downstream Equipment: Installed after the fine screen and before the paper machine, it removes fine, heavy impurities to prevent scratching of the forming fabric, press rolls, and drying cylinders.
If you are troubled by fine impurities in your pulp, or wish to optimize the fiber recovery rate and energy efficiency of your existing low-density cleaning system, please feel free to contact us for more details about low density cleaner. Our email: leizhanpulper@gmail.com
