Light Impurity Separator Details
1. Working principle: The pulp outlet chamber of the rotor is higher than the bottom surface of the casing, creating a low-pressure area around the rotor to collect heavy impurities. Under the action of centrifugal force, heavy impurities are thrown to the outer layer of the vortex, accumulate in the groove outside the sieve plate, and are discharged. At the same time, the wear of the cutter and screen plate is reduced, and their service life is extended.
2. Features: Reduce the wear on the sieve plate and extend the service life of the rotor and sieve plate. Compared to accept pulp processed by fiber separator, the impurity content is reduced by 30%.
