D Type Hydrapulper Technical Parameters
1. The D type hydrapulper tank is welded from steel plate. The upper outer part is reinforced with box-shaped iron reinforcement, and the lower inner cone contains a guide plate for discharging recycled pulp.
2. Rotor Assembly: The rotor and discharge plate are mounted above the surface of the hydraulic pulping tank, creating a low-pressure zone around the rotor to collect heavy contaminants. After settling at the bottom of the tank, these heavy contaminants are carried by the rotating pulper into a waste bin or heavy contaminant collection tank.
3. Support Legs: Support legs are welded from steel plate and are applied to support the tank and rotor assembly.
