Our company’s high density cleaner is different from ordinary cleaner. It can work during the transportation of high consistency slurry without affecting the slag removal effect. The slurry passes through the slag remover once, and the accepted pulp in the impurities is reacted by pressure water. After rinsing, fiber loss is almost zero.
High Density Cleaner Features
1.The pressure difference is about 0.05~0.1MPa, and the slurry feed pressure is 0.35MPa
2.Contains two automatic slag discharge valves, the best Linuo valves in China.
3.The double cone structure has strong ability to separate heavy slag; the cone is made of thickened wear-resistant ceramics and has a long service life.
