1.The main shaft is made of duplex stainless steel 2205, which has good resistance to stress corrosion.
2.During the beating process, the refiner plates in the two refiner areas are evenly worn and the beating degree is improved uniformly.
3.Use German IFM sensor, Kytola or John Crane sealed water alarm device to protect the safe and stable operation of the equipment
4.The refiner plates are purchased from top domestic refiner plate manufacturers and international brands. The refiner plates are made of precipitation hardened stainless steel 17-4 (G4). The refiner plates are stronger, not easy to wear, and have a longer service life.
