In paper making process, paper machine waterline is important for paper sheet forming, so how to adjust paper machine waterline for high quality paper making?
Paper Machine Waterline Adjustment
1. Look at the flow of slurry, the distribution of longitudinal and lateral currents, and cross-flow.
2. Combined with the distribution of the transverse dry pulp to adjust.
3. Make sure the waterline is not puffed up and leveled. However, the vacuum of wire section can’t be high, otherwise, the vacuum box will draw the waterline instead of adjusting it.
