Custom Waste Paper Recycling Lines
Mixed waste paper (old newspapers + expired magazines + office waste paper) → Finished A4 office paper, five steps:
Step 1: Shredding The waste paper enters a hydrapulper or drum pulper, where water is added and the paper is broken down into coarse fiber pulp, initially removing ink.
Step 2: Purification The coarse pulp passes through a high density cleaner (removing sand, metal nails) → a coarse screen (removing plastic sheets, cloth strips) → a pressure fine screen (removing adhesives and fine impurities), filtering layer by layer until clean.
Step 3: Deinking (Core Process) After dilution, the pulp enters a flotation deinking machine, where deinking agent is added and microbubbles are introduced—ink particles adhere to the bubbles and float to the surface to be scraped away. Two-stage flotation achieves an ink removal rate ≥95%, meeting whiteness standards.
Step 4: Washing + Bleaching (Optional) A multi-disc thickener and screw press are used for repeated washing to further remove residual ink. For high whiteness requirements, add a hydrogen peroxide bleaching stage to increase ISO to 80%~85%.
Step 5: Forming Accept pulp enters the paper machine → Pulp distribution in the headbox → Dewatering in the wire section → Pressing → Drying → Calendering → Winding → Slitting to A4 size (210×297mm).
