Customizable filtration area: Mature domestic products offer multiple size series with disc diameters ranging from 2.5m to 5.5m, with a maximum single-unit filtration area exceeding 1000 square meters.
Separate filtration processes: The partitioned design of the main shaft distribution valve allows for the separate discharge of filtrate from different filtration stages, enabling flexible diversion of “turbid filtrate” for reuse and “clear filtrate” for purification.
Wide applicability: Vacuum and time ratios can be adjusted according to slurry characteristics (filtration speed, fiber type, etc.) to adapt to various operating conditions.
