It typically encompasses the entire process from waste paper input to qualified pulp output, and is organically combined with systems such as conveying, pulping, screening, cleaning, deinking (if required), thermal dispersion, and thickening and storage.

A waste paper pulping line consists of stages including pulping, screening, cleaning, deinking, thermal dispersion, and thickening, transforming waste paper into clean pulp.

Waste paper is broken down into a fiber suspension by a hydraulic pulper. Modern pulping lines often use drum pulpers, which gently break down the paper while removing large impurities such as sand and nails. The pulp then undergoes a screening and cleaning system for graded processing: a high density cleaner removes heavy impurities, a pressure screen retains various impurities, and a light impurity separator removes lightweight impurities such as foam plastics.

In the production of pulp for white paper, a flotation deinking system removes ink, and a thermal dispersion system disperses plastics, rubber, and other materials into fine particles. The high-quality pulp is then thickened and sent to a storage tank to provide raw materials for the paper machine.

The waste paper pulping line removes impurities and preserves fibers through multiple processes, allowing paper to be reborn in a cycle.

Based on product requirements, waste paper pulping lines are divided into two categories: unbleached pulp lines and deinked pulp lines. Unbleached pulp lines have a simple process, aiming to remove impurities and maintain strength; deinked pulp lines add flotation deinking and bleaching stages to pursue whiteness and cleanliness.
