30T/D Carton Paper Production Line can divide carton paper pulping process and carton paper making process, and the carton paper pulping process contains top layer and bottom layer pulping process.
Carton Paper Puling Process
Top Layer Pulping: The wood pulp into D-type hydrapulper for pulping, then high density cleaner remove the impuritiesd in the pulp, after inclined screen thickening, the pulp go into double disc refiner for continuous pulping, finally the pulp is conveyed into pressure screen before paper machine for paper making.
Bottom Layer Pulping: The raw material into D-type hydrapulper for bating and pulping, then into high density cleaner for removing impurities, after cleaning, the middle consistency pressure screen is for pulp coarse screen, and following reject separator is to separate light impurities from the pulp, and then pulp into middle density cleaner and mid consistency pressure screen for pulp fine screen, and the double disc refiner for continuous pulping, finally the pulp go through pre-machine screen into paper machine for paper making.
