1. The design of the pulper rotor is unique, which allows the waste paper to contact the rotor quickly and frequently.
2. The feed trough is made of cast steel, with ultra-high-strength steel on the outside of the trough for reinforcement. A guide plate at the conical bottom facilitates pulp recirculation. An impurity discharge port is located at the bottom of the feed trough.
3. The pulper rotor and pulp tray are located higher than the bottom of the pulp trough, which reduces the contact between the rotor and impurities, thereby increasing the service life and preventing the pulp from being stuck in the rotor.
