Sometimes, the meshing position of paper machine may appear leakage condition, then how this happen?
1. Due to the non-uniform distribution of the mass gravity center of dryer cylinder(the weight of dryer is about 5 tons), coupled with the steam heating of dryer, the high pressure steam forms condensate water in the dryer. During the operation of equipment, the high pressure steam forms centrifugal water in the dryer, which results in the unfavorable drainage of condensate water in the high speed operation.
2. In order to release this force, the dryer can only move to both ends of cylinder, resulting in a certain frequency vibration at the gear meshing. Usually, the modern multi-cylinder paper machine is composed of 55-80 cylinders, which together produce such vibration in operation, resulting in leakage in each meshing position.
