Coating Technology With Coated Machine
The coating composite equipment is mainly applied to the sizing coating and composite processing of various reel substrates such as plastic film, paper and cloth. It is widely used in various packaging fields and has broad development prospects. Coating composite equipment is roughly divided into glue coating, roller coating and hot melt adhesive coating.
Technology Coating Method
1.Glue coating. This size coating is typically applied by two roll transfer. By adjusting the gap between the upper rubber roller and the coating roller, the amount of coating can be adjusted. The structure of the entire coating head portion is relatively complicated. Processing precision and assembly precision of rubber roller, coating roller, traction roller and scraper are required. Since coating machine mainly uses a high-precision optical roller for sizing coating, the coating effect is good, and the coating amount is adjusted by the gap between sizing roller and coating roller, and can also be coated.
2.Roller coating. Mainly uses textured coating roll for sizing coating. The coating is uniform and the coating amount is relatively accurate (but the coating amount is difficult to adjust). When coated with an anilox roll, the amount of coating is mainly related to the depth of concave surface of anilox roll and the accuracy of type of glue. The deeper the depth of concave surface of anilox roll, the greater the amount of glue transferred from the concave eye to the paper, and it also has a lot to do with viscosity.
3.Hot melt adhesive coating. Mainly heats and melts the solid type glue, and directly sprays the glue on the paper through the coating die by hydraulic loading. Hot melt adhesive coating does not require drying equipment and has low energy consumption; hot melt adhesive is 100% solid rubber component and does not contain toxic organic solvents. It is a green and environmental friendly coating technology. It has high production speed, high efficiency, low cost, small equipment footprint and short payback period.
