High-Speed Stock Washer Work Principle
High-speed stock washer feed the stock into the gap between the polyester mesh and the breast roll by headbox, breast roll drives the web and coucher to run at high speed, with combined effect of the press force of web and breast roll and the centrifugal force of high-speed operation, stock can be dehydrated and washed. Stock with the web reach to the roll, further dehydrated by the press force of web and breast roll and the centrifugal force, then the stock is scraped from the coucher into the outfeed screw by the scraper. In the above process, due to the stock layer between the web and the roller is very thin, so the ink particles, the filler and other fine impurities in the pulp are less likely to be obstructed from the stock layer during the removal process, so it is easy to be out with water.
High-Speed Stock Washer Maintenance
1. Regularly check the running parts, and on time fuel lubrication
2. Regularly check the web tightening situation and timely adjust
3. Regularly check the web use condition and timely replacement
4. when not in use for a long time, should open the cover, the parts contacting with the stock of polyester mesh, breast roll, coucher,and outfeed screw should be thoroughly washed
