Pulp washing, screening and cleaning are the main and important processing in paper pulping process, the washing, screening and cleaning process directly influence the finished pulp quality.
Main Pulp processing
Pulp Washing: Pulp washing is mainly for separating waste liquor from pulp to be easy to process the following pulp and the treatment of waste liquor.
Pulp Screening: Pulp screening is mainly for removing impurities in the pulp, or else will effect the machine operation and influence the finished paper quality.
Pulp Cleaning: Pulp cleaning is mainly for removing some impurities which still in the pulp after screening through centrifugal force.
