1. Adjustment of the difference of rotor and screen cylinder: Rotor fixed to the rotor bracket with screw, adjust the screw nut, can adjust the gap between the rotor and screen cylinder, the higher of the rotor speed, the bigger of the gap; The screen concentration is high, and the gap is large. High screening concentration, and the equipped power is large, screening concentration is low, with a small power.
2. Regularly check the wear of screen hole(slot) of screen cylinder , and timely replace the screen cylinder.
3. Periodically check the mechanical seal moving ring and timely replace the weared net ring.
