Inflow Pressure Screen Equipment Maintenance
Inflow pressure screen equipment is for pulp screening, in paper pulping process, there are some maintenance tips of inflow pressure screen equipment.
1. Spindle bearings with grease lubrication, oil refueling device in front of the base plate, filling oil twice a week.
2. Cover lifting device bearings oiling once a year.
3. Triangular tape tension must be checked.
4. Often check the mechanical seal cooling water supply is normal, regularly pull out the tubular filter to clean. When the two pressure difference of two filter is more than 0.1Mpa, then the filter is blocked. A new filter must be replaced.
5. In order to avoid the difficulty of re-boot, in the long shutdown, the screen cylinder must be carefully cleaned.
