Refiner Structural Principle
1. The double disc refiner consists of refining chamber, transmission mechanism, base, and electric motor. The refining chamber is formed by two fixed grinding discs fixed to the casing and the moving seat and two rotating grinding discs mounted on the rotating disc to form two grinding zones. By changing different tooth-shaped grinding pieces to meet the pulping requirements of various pastes.
2. The slurry enters the center of grinding zone from two feeding pipes, passes through the grinding zone under the action of centrifugal force and feed pressure, and completes beating process through the squeezing of toothed disc in the grinding zone.
