Differences About Various Types Of Pulpers
During the process of paper making, it is essential for paper makers to produce good slurry for behind craft. Pulper has been widely used in pulp and paper industry, and the pulper we manufacturing can be mainly divided into five types: drum pulper, D type hydrapulper, H.C. hydrapulper, M.C. hydrapulper, and vertical hydrapulper. These pulpers are used for continuous pulping, but they have some difference according to the selection of raw materials during actual operation.
Comparison Of Pulpers
Drum Pulper: drum pulper has advantages of the best pulping effect and the most energy-saving so far. With high pulp concentration 3%-4%, the pulping process of drum pulper is mainly accomplished by the beating of waste paper in the cylinder and the shearing force formed. Besides, drum pulper can continuous pulp and preliminary screen, and has no damage to the fiber.
D Type Hydrapulper: it is a common pulper at present, and suitable for various kinds of raw materials, with less land occupation and less investment. It is improved on the basis of vertical pulper, especially, D type hydrapulper can disintegrate the raw materials that can’t be processed by drum pulper.
H.C. Hydrapulper: it is mainly used for waste paper that requires waste ink, belongs to batch pulping.
M.C. Hydrapulper: this pulper used for the disintegration of wood pulp.
Vertical Hydrapulper: used for breaking pulp board, damage paper, etc. The vertical pulper is basically not produced by us and has been replaced by D type hydrapulper.
