On May 2015, India customer placed an order for importing new culture paper manufacturing line machine based on commodity wood pulp. Until now, the equipment needed are delivered to the working site.
By using commodity pulp as raw material, the new culture paper manufacturing project can produce 40 tons of culture paper per day. Leizhan pulp making machines supplied for the new culture paper manufacturing project contain: Chain conveyor, D type hydrapulper, High density cleaner, Conical refiner, Double disc refiner, Pressure screen before paper machine, Pulp chest agitator.
Chain conveyor: Mainly used for conveying various kinds of pulp board, waste paper in bulk and in bundle which can be horizontal conveyor or inclined conveyor(<30°).
D type hydrapulper: Applies new type energy-saving VOKES rotor strengthens hydraulic circulation and fiber relief.
