In September, 2017, Leizhan once again deliver the paper pulping equipment for Nigeria 500tpd corrugated/ testliner paper making project. This deliver contains D-type Hydrapulper, Reject Separator, Chest Agitator, High Density Cleaner and other parts.
D-Type Hydrapulper& Agitator
D-Type Hydrapulper: D-Type Hydrapulper can for all raw material pulping. New type energy-saving VOKES rotor strengths hydraulic circulation and fiber relief; D-type structure changes the pulp flow ways, make contact between pulp and rotor more quick and frequent. The mechanical action is enhanced, pulping time is shortened so that the capacity is improvd.
Agitator: The agitator is mainly for stirring pulp to maintain pulp liquid in suspending condition. Advanced blade design, impeller is stainless steel, angle can adjust, easy for assemble or unload.
