Flotation Deinking Process Technology
It utilizes the different surface energies of the particle components such as fibers, fillers and inks to achieve separation. Hydrophobic particles or particles that are converted from hydrophilicity to hydrophobic particles by means of surfactant to adsorb air bubbles on the pulp suspension and are separated from the hydrophilic pulp fibers by buoyancy. Usually the ink particles is 10~100mm, the flotation deinking effect is best.
