How To Install Drum Pulper
Drum pulper is mainly used for continuous gentle pulping and coarse screening of waste paper under high consistency, it can gently pulp under 14%-18% high consistency to uttermost maintain the physical property of fiber. Before using drum pulper machine, it’s very important to install it properly.
Preparation Before Installation
The construction preparations mainly include: understanding the delivery time of the equipment foundation, investigating the supply of equipment and materials, understanding the conditions of construction site and complexity of the construction technology, and understanding the deployment of manpower and equipment. Basic processing and pay-off work are required before the equipment is installed. When the line is released, the theodolite is used to fix the position to meet the positioning requirements of drum. Due to the large weight of the drum, the basic treatment should be strictly required to make the contact surface reach 80% or more.
Process Of Install Equipment
1.Wheel bracket installation. It is the more important process in the installation of the drum pulper. After the support roller supporting the drum is leveled according to the accuracy, the drum pulper is hoisted to the upper carrier, which will be caused by the positioning of the support roller frame and its installation requirements are guaranteed.
2.Transportation and lifting. According to the weight, shape and on-site environment of the equipment, after the coarse adjustment of the two supporting rollers is completed, the drum pulper is lifted by two machines and placed once; the screening section is set by auxiliary centering frame, auxiliary support frame.
3.Installation of sieve section. In order to ensure the alignment quality of sieve and pulp section, it is convenient to adjust. In addition to a support frame and lower part of the sieve section, 6 sets of auxiliary are welded along the circumference at the interface between sieve and pulp section.
4.Installation of transmission large ring gear. The large ring gear needs to be assembled on site. The corresponding connection between the ring gears is made of three high-strength bolts on both sides of ring gear. All the bolts should be evenly stressed, and the torque wrench should be used to tighten nuts.
