Wet End Chemistry For Paper Machine
On the one hand, wet end chemistry can be used to enhance water filtration, reduce air ingress and remove foam, keep paper machine clean, and maintain low solids in white water;
On the other hand, if these factors are out of control, the same wet end chemistry can cause paper machine to malfunction, spots and bubbles on the paper, reduce water drainage, and make the paper machine unclean, thereby reducing production efficiency.
