New Testliner Board Making Plant Yunnan
Leizhan to supply the whole new Testliner board making plant for Yunnan Kunming Minhai Paper Industry Co., Ltd. China.
In the first quarter of 2016, Leizhan and Yunnan Kunming Minhai Paper Industry Co., Ltd. built the cooperation relation for creating new large testliner board making factory in Yunnan province, China. Leizhan will supply the complete Kraft liner board pulp manufacturing line machine based on waste paper processing for Yunnan customer.
Waste paper processing line for fine pulp making
Leizhan to offer the complete waste paper processing line machine for making fine pulp which is suitable for producing high strength tetstliner board. Machine includes: energy-saving stainless steel Drum pulper pulping system, High density cleaner, Low density cleaner, full set of Coarse screening, Fine screening system and Approach flow system machine before three wire paper machine.
The general manager of Minnan Paper Co., Ltd.-Mr. Huang was very satisfied with the production plant, design concept, and technology of our company and visited two Leizhan-supplied 200,000 tons of paper pulp production line working site and showed special interests with the stability and deslagging effect of Drum pulper and Light impurity separator in coarse screening section. He shows his satisfaction with the advantages of high finished pulp quality, energy-saving and low consumption and less fiber loss by using Leizhan whole paper pulp production line.
