How to control the paper grammage?
In the certain condition of paper machine paper width, speed and paper making basic weight, adjust and control the proportional valve size of pulp pump outlet pipeline from the pulp chest before paper making, to achieve the purpose of adjusting and controlling the pulp pump in pulp chest before paper machine transport the pulp flow into fan pump.
In the case of stable pulp concentration, adjust and control the pulp flow, it means that the adjust and control the dry pulp into fan pump in unit time, in the certain condition of paper machine paper width, speed and paper making basic weight, it is equivalent to control the papermaking products grammage.
How to control pulp concentration?
Pulp concentration adjustment and control principle is that add dilution water into pulp pump inlet to adjust, detect the concentration in the pulp pump outlet, by reducing the pulp concentration to complete the purpose of concentration control.
