Single Effect Fiber Separator Equipment is mainly used for separating light and heavy impurities from the pulp in paper pulping process, also can secondary break and screen pulp from hydrapulper. Single Effect Fiber Separator integrates the functions of breaking, removing impurities and coarse screening, greatly simplifies the process of dealing wasted paper, and reduces energy consumption.
Single Effect Fiber Separator Work Principle
Paper Pulp get into the cylinder-shaped cabinet with a tangent track and revolve in high speed with the impulse of pressure difference and revolving cutter. Then in the effect of hydraulic shear force, fibers friction and the blades beating, the pulp is defibered. The pressure difference between sieve plates and drive impulse of cutters make the defibered pulp go through the screen holes on sieve plates and go out from accept outlet.
Single Effect Fiber Separator Maintenance
1. Check the tension of triangular belt.
2. Inject albany grease in bearing foundation oil hole to lubricate bearing, lubricate it once a month, change grease oil per 6 month.
