Headbox is the key part of paper machine in paper making process, when operate headbox, there are some safety specification need to attention.
Paper Machine Headbox Operation Notes
1. In the process of maintenance, the motor of swinging device, upper slice vertical adjustment device and the open device of inlet pulp pipe, must disconnect by using safety switch , if the maintenance work need to carry out above action, the operator must ensure that no one in the headbox area.
2. Take extra care when opening and operating the manual spraying device, only can open the valve when headbox cleaning device in headbox to avoid personal injury, periodic check and replace worn parts.
3. Before working, make sure that the drive motor of headbox and forming plate is securely locked.
4. In the replacement process, the replaced parts need to be cleaned up, to prevent accessing to wire section.
