400,000-Ton-Per-Year Pulping Line Started Up
Recently, Leizhan company successfully delivered a complete pulping line with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons to Henan Hongxiang Paper Industry, and successfully produced high-quality pulp. Our company’s pulping equipment has been widely applied in paper mills, and its performance characteristics have been highly praised by customers.
Pulping Specification
The complete pulp production line supplied by Zhengzhou Leizhan includes: an advanced 127 m³ D-type continuous pulping machine (with an unattended continuous hydraulic gripping system), high-efficiency, energy-saving screening presses, grading screens, fine screens, and precision pre-screens. A key feature of this project is that all equipment incorporates a permanent magnet direct drive structure.
