Household Paper Project Pulp Equipment Install
Recently, Zhengzhou Leizhan Technology Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. and Asia Pulp & Paper (Shandong) Co., Ltd. officially reached a strategic cooperation agreement and signed a contract for the supply of complete equipment for the second phase of the pulp production system of the household paper project with a capacity of 500,000 tons per year.

The pulping system built for this project encompasses the entire production process, primarily including a pulp bag conveying system, a medium-to-high consistency pulper, a high-consistency descaling device, a double-disc refiner, a pressure screen for the feeding system, a waste paper treatment system, and other auxiliary pulping equipment. This system will continuously supply high-quality pulp to the project’s four crescent-shaped paper machines (TM35-38) and two tissue paper machines (TM39-40), thus ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the entire production line.
