100T/D cardboard paper making project include cardboard paper pulping process and cardboard paper making process, while the cardboard paper pulping process contains top layer pulping and bottom pulping process.
100T/D Cardboard Paper Top Layer Pulping
The raw material into the D-type hydrapulper (C=3~5%, Motor power=75kw) for pulping, after pulping, the pulp into the high density cleaner (C=3~5%, P=0.2-0.5Mpa) to remove heavy impurities in the pulp, then the pulp is transferred into refiner equipment for pulp beating and pulping, finally the pulp will into the top layer pressure screen before paper machine (C=0.3% S=0.3mm) for paper making.
100T/D Cardboard Paper Bottom Layer Pulping
The water paper is conveyed by chain conveyor into D-type hydrapulper (C=3~5%, Motor power=160kw) for pulping, then the high density cleaner (C=3~5%, P=0.2-0.5Mpa) is to remove the heavy impurities, after cleaning, the pulp into screening stage, the middle coarse screen (C=3~4%, Motor power=55kw) for pulp screening, following is the reject separator to separate light impurity from the pulp, then the pulp will go through middle fine screening (C=2.5~2.8%, Motor power=37kw), after that, 1st, 2nd and 3nd low density cleaner equipment is to remove the impurity in the pulp. Then the pulp will go through 1st stage fine screen and into the bottom layer inflow pressure screen (C=0.6-0.8% S=0.35mm) for paper making.
