Our 30 t/d tissue paper machine turnkey project covers the entire process—from the point where pulp boards or waste paper enter the pulper, all the way to the discharge of finished, high-quality jumbo rolls of tissue paper from the reel section.
Tissue Paper Machine Scope of Delivery
The stock preparation system serves as the starting point of the entire production line and is the area most prone to issues in small-capacity projects. We provide a comprehensive setup—including pulping, de-trashing, screening, and refining equipment—tailored for a 30 t/d capacity.
The approach flow system comprises consistency control, fine screening, and the fan pump assembly. The fine screen slot width is maintained between 0.15 and 0.30 mm, acting as the final safeguard for the headbox slice lip.
The paper machine itself typically features a 2850 mm-wide crescent former, designed for an operating speed of 300 m/min and a basis weight range of 13–40 g/m².
Installation, commissioning, and training are the critical steps that bring a turnkey project to fruition. We ensure all foundational requirements are met before the equipment arrives on-site, then manage the project according to a set schedule—culminating in final delivery only once the system achieves continuous, stable production of high-quality paper reels.
